Service Agreement &Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using V Rednus Network broadband services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Service Agreement

Broadband Services:

  • V Rednus Network provides high-speed internet connectivity services
  • Service availability subject to technical feasibility and infrastructure
  • Speed and performance may vary based on network conditions
  • AI Assistant service included free with all broadband plans

Service Activation:

  • Services activated upon successful installation and payment
  • Installation scheduled within 24-48 hours of order confirmation
  • Customer must provide necessary access and documentation
  • Service commencement date determines billing cycle
Payment Terms & Billing

Payment Schedule:

  • Monthly plans billed in advance on the same date each month
  • Annual plans offer discounted rates with upfront payment
  • Installation charges (if applicable) billed separately
  • Late payment charges apply after 7 days of due date

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Online payment through our customer portal
  • UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards
  • Cash payments at authorized collection centers
  • Bank transfer and NEFT/RTGS
Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses:

  • Personal and business internet browsing and communication
  • Streaming, gaming, and entertainment within plan limits
  • Work from home, video conferencing, and online education
  • Using our AI Assistant for service-related queries

Prohibited Activities:

  • Illegal activities, copyright infringement, or piracy
  • Spamming, phishing, or malicious software distribution
  • Reselling or sharing connection without authorization
  • Activities that compromise network security or performance
Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Uptime Guarantee:

  • 90% network uptime guarantee (excluding scheduled maintenance)
  • Planned maintenance notifications provided 24 hours in advance
  • Service credits for extended outages exceeding SLA
  • 12/7 technical support and AI Assistant availability

Support Response Times:

  • Critical issues: Response within 2 hours (during service hours)
  • General support: Response within 24 hours
  • AI Assistant: Instant automated responses (12/7)
  • Installation requests: Scheduled within 48 hours
Termination & Cancellation

Customer Termination:

  • 30-day written notice required for service cancellation
  • No refund for partial month usage
  • Equipment return required within 7 days of termination
  • Final bill settlement before service disconnection

Company Termination Rights:

  • Non-payment of bills for more than 15 days
  • Violation of acceptable use policy
  • Fraudulent activities or misuse of services
  • Technical reasons or infrastructure limitations
Liability & Disclaimers

Service Limitations:

  • Internet speeds may vary based on network conditions
  • Service availability subject to technical feasibility
  • Force majeure events may affect service delivery
  • AI Assistant responses are automated and informational

Limitation of Liability:

  • Liability limited to monthly service charges
  • No liability for indirect or consequential damages
  • Customer responsible for data backup and security
  • Third-party content and services not under our control

Agreement Acceptance

By using V Rednus Network services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and V Rednus Network Private Limited.

These terms are governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.
